1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales of cosmetic and makeup products made on the Softnest website. By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC without reservation.
2. Seller identification
Softnest is an online shop specializing in the sale of makeup and cosmetic products. The head office is located in France. For any questions, contact us via our contact page.
3. Products and prices
The products offered are cosmetics and makeup items selected for their quality. Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Softnest reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of the order.
4. Order
The order is validated when the customer has completed the payment process. A confirmation email is sent immediately after the order is validated. Softnest reserves the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability or payment issue.
5. Payment
Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. The transaction is secured via an SSL certificate. The debit is made at the time of the order.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are 2 to 5 business days for mainland France. Delivery is free from 50€ of purchase. Shipping costs are 4.90€ for orders below this amount.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
8. Warranty
Products benefit from the legal conformity warranty (2 years) and the hidden defects warranty. In case of a defective product, Softnest proceeds with a refund or exchange.
