1. Return period
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return a product. After this period, we can no longer accept the return.
2. Product condition
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused and in perfect condition. Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
3. Return procedure
To make a return, contact our customer service via the contact page. We will send you a prepaid return label. Pack the items carefully and stick the label on the package.
4. Refund
The refund is processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. The refund covers the purchase price of the product. Initial shipping costs are not refunded unless the product was defective.
5. Exchange
Exchanges are possible subject to available stock. If the shade or desired product is no longer available, a refund will be offered.
6. Non-returnable products
The following products are not eligible for return: opened or used products, personalized products, products on sale over 50% off, and products received more than 30 days ago.
